[gtkmm] Bugs page changes - and how you can help

I have changed the queries used on the bugs page:

so we can work on the future API break before it happens. This might be
gtkmm 2.4 or gtkmm 3 or something else.

Please take particular note of the 
gtkmm API bugs (without patches)
and
easy-fix bugs

They definitely contain stuff that you (Yes, you) could help with.
