Please provide a patch to the existing spec.in file and add it to
bugzilla:

Please note that I do not support the idea of 3rd party RPMs for
dependencies. I would prefer RedHat to provide definitive RPMs. But,
given that you are willing to do the work, I will provide spec files in
gtkmm so that people can make local RPMSs if they want to.
