[gtkmm] gtkmm October 2002 get-together

Here's an initial plan:

When: Saturday 5th (+ maybe 6th) October 2002. 
Where: Berlin, Germany.
What: Discussion, Planning, Friendliness.
 
This seems to be a suitable time and place for a few people. If nobody
objects then I'll book my flight from London next week. I am confident
that Daniel and Gergo can attend, and I hope that at least 4 other
contributors will be able to make it. Everybody is welcome.

It's quite easy to find cheap accommodation in Berlin. I will organise
that when I know how many people need it.

If this looks like being a success then I might open the Sunday up to
other GNOME people in the area.
