[gtkmm] Is anyone using Gtk::Clipboard?

Gtk::Clipboard isn't properly wrapped at the moment and I don't think
it's usable, so we can theoretically fix it without breaking "public"
(=usable) API.

But if anybody is using it already then we can not break it.
