[gtkmm] dereferencing Glib::RefPtr

Hi all,

How should I do to use a functions that requires a Gtk::AccelGroup as a
parameter, but I only have
a Glib::RefPtr<Gtk::AccelGroup> ?

This is, the fill method to build a toolbar.
