[GtkGLExt] Gtkglext binaries required for Windows to work under MSVC environment

Hi all,

I am trying to get gtkglext to work with GTK+ on windows platform under MSVC
(Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0) environment. I have got GTK in place but am not
able to find the binaries (headers, .lib(s) and .dll(s))for the programming
anywhere. 
I thought of compiling the source code for gtkglext 1.2 that I obtained from
sourceforge.net but could not find any means to do so without cygwin, mingw,
msys etc. 
Can someone please help me with this by either providing the binary package
for gtkglext-MSVC-Win32 or by providing the instructions for compiling the
source code.
