I used the development release and haven't looked at cvs yet. I will do
so the next days. Maybe somebody has already done it?
Version number: If we want to have odd numbers as development and even
numbers as stable versions it should be 1.2 otherwise 1.1 is sufficient.
As gtk has such a versioning schema we could adopt it. Other opinions?
