If this is truly the case, I will be willing to do this. My biggest
problem was understanding the build system of all of the software enough
to even get to this stage. A Windows developer does not grow up around
make files, autoconf and MinGW.

Okay, can you prepare a wix file that the only thing needed is the file list?
Another question... can msi execute commands after installing? The pixbuf loaders list need to be updated once the toolkit is installed in order to create the proper configuration file with the correct paths.
