Couldn't that behavior be emulated on Win32? It would sure make the GTK apps look better on that platform.

Many of the screenshots were probably taken on a desktop running Gnome,
which follows and uses the currently installed .gtkrc to find its theme.
So what you're seeing is "the app uses the current theme to draw the actual
window, and then the window manager uses the same theme to draw the titlebar".
