glib cross compilation error

Hi ,
I am trying to cross compile glib-2.4.7 on suse10.0 to ARM processor.
I configured using the following configure command.

./configure --cache-file=arm-linux.cache --host=arm-linux
CC=/opt/mtwk/usr/local/gcc-3.4.3-glibc-2.3.4/arm-linux/bin/arm-linux-gcc

I have cross compiled libraries  for arm processor in the
.../arm-linux/bin directory.

but it has given the following error message.
