File selection dialog on Gtk 2.2.4

Hi,

I'm targetting applications for Redhat Enterprise Linux 3, and it
seems like Gtk 2.2.4 is the version that comes with that distribution.

There was a built-in file selection dialog back then, right?  I'm
using the Ruby-gnome2 bindings, and
http://ruby-gnome2.sourceforge.jp/hiki.cgi?Gtk%3A%3AFileChooserDialog#Gtk%3A%3AFileChooserDialog.new
says that the FileChooserDialog's only available for 2.4 and up.
