Expanding window to fit contents

Hi,

I have a window that contains a VPaned.  Each frame contains a TreeView widget.

At certain points in the application (at start up, and when a user
does something that expands or contracts the contents in the
TreeViews), I'd like the size of the window to expand or contract to
fit the contents of the TreeViews (so there aren't any scrollbars in
the TreeView).

How do I do that?  (hope the question made sense)
