A working GTK+ installation requires more than just the DLLs. That
dlldump.com site sucks, it is doing people a severe misfavour by
offering just the DLLs. (Not to mention breaking the license by not
having even a pointer to the corresponding source code.) Why not use
the official zipfiles from ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v2.6/win32/ , or
the GTK+ installer from http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ ?
