compiling a Glade made project...

I make a simple window with glade-2, save it, build it, then go to the
Dir where it is. i run autogen.sh and then ./configure. After that you
should run make, right, well when i run that i get this ...

I don't know what is wrong. i know it is with libpangoft, but how do i fix it.
