Hi,
I am trying this for more than one week. i want to compile gtk.
but, gtk needs glib, pango, atk and other friends.
i am unable to compile and getting one error or the other.
i compiled glib somehow. but, pango -- it is not compiling.
i am cross compiling for an arm-target. i badly need a script to
compile gtk.
i know there is something seriously wrong with my compilation or
setup. but, cant figure it out ?.
are there any steps for beginners say do this, this and this.
serious issues i think are pkg-config and its path.
please do help.
i am getting error:
checking for pkg-config... /usr/local/bin/pkg-config
checking for fontconfig >= 1.0.1... configure: WARNING: No
fontconfig found, skipping
tests for FreeType and Xft
checking for glib-2.0 >= 2.5.7 gobject-2.0
gmodule-no-export-2.0... configure: error:
