Not sure what you mean by html *reader*, if you mean parser, then you
might try ekhtml, at ekhtml.sf.net . It's been awhile since anyone has
done any development on it, but it's actually a really good html parser
and it's very small. I used it to write a web crawler in college and
found it very nice and fast, and easy api. Although, if by reader you
mean you need something that can present the html then I agree, dillo is
a good choice because it's very small and lite weight, great for
browsing over an X connection remotely :-)

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for an html reader that will allow me to simply read the
html. No editing, no surfing capability, no fancy toolbars, extra
panelling, icons etc. Don't need mozilla. I think the hand-helds use
what I'm after. Is there such an app that's pc-friendly?
rgrds,
May be dillo : http://www.dillo.org/
