When cross-compiling glib, you need to provide a natively built version  
of glib-genmarshal. If /opt/cross_frv/frv-linux-gnu/local/bin/glib- 
genmarshal is built by you before starting the cross-compile then you  
need to check whether it works, since there appears to be a problem. If  
not, then you need to either find a working version or build one by  
compiling glib natively first and point configure at it when cross- 
compiling using the GLIB_GENMARSHAL environment variable.
