Uninstalling GTK for a reinstall

Does anyone know of an uninstaller for GTK? I have messed up the
uninstall, and now it says 'Uninstaller not found. Uninstall manually
and try again'.
If not, can somebody tell me how to delete the necessary files (which
might be in the registry) so that I can try it again.
