configure failing with gtk+2.4.0 on solaris2.8

Hi all,

 

Does any one successfully build gtk+2.4.0 from source on solaris2.8? I installed all the dependencies, then run ./configure. I got following error:

 

checking for IceConnectionNumber in -lICE... yes
checking for XOpenDisplay in -lX11... no
configure: error: *** libX11 not found. Check 'config.log' for more details.

 

I serched on internet, I saw somewhere said I need to install XFree86 development package.  Where can I get XFree86 development package?

 

Please reply me directly because I'm not in the gtk-list.
