Custom Toolbar

Hi,
I found that gtk_action_create_tool_item() doesn't set action properties
( tooltip, accelerator ) for that ToolItem automatically. Is there a
mechanism that allows to create "full feature" GtkToolItem from
GtkAction, except for UImanager?
