Detachable/tearoff/teardown menus in GTK2

Hello.
I've searched the API documentation (GTK Resources and GTK Settings) and
asked on IRC, but I can't find a way to enable detachable menus in GTK2.
It's supposed to be an option in ~/.gtkrc-2.0, right?
