Dear GTK users,
Where do I untar,./configure,make and make install glib,pango and atk?What is the path I should
follow?
When I install GTK+-2.2.1, after un taring the file,./configure gives this error.How do I overcome
this?
checking for glib-2.0 >= 2.1.4 atk >= 1.0.1 pango >= 1.0.1... Package glib-2.0 was not found in
the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `glib-2.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'glib-2.0' found
configure: error: Library requirements (glib-2.0 >= 2.1.4 atk >= 1.0.1 pango >=
1.0.1) not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are
in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.
Please reply immediatelty,its for a project.
Thanking you,
Din
