The idea (from what I gather) is that the GtkTextIter is there to iterate
through the text. There are commands to move by character, word, sentence,
etc... Also, there are functions to find out the offset position of the
iter from the start.

Text Widget Overview in API doesn' t talk about it and its API isn' t
very explainative...
so, what is the utility of GtkTextIter ?
Another question : I d like to display some text in border of windows(in
particulary a TextView) what should I use for that?
