Amazing.

I just followed that link and scanned down the page and oh, my god!
There were a complete set of pre-compiled binaries for gtk 2.2 plus atk,
pango, glib etc.

Maybe I just read the page differently to you.

No, read again. I was aking about *2.2*. I haven't been able to found 
precompiled binaries anywhere.
