No. Pango currently has the view that a font can appear in any
size. If a font actually is a bitmap font and only exists in
a few sizes, then it just scales very strangely to the other sizes.

(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99235 is a bug about
adding some way of querying available sizes)
