gtk+2.1 problem

I build gtk+2.1 on Redhat, after I compile the souce code, and before I 
install it, I run the gtk-demo app, it tells me segment fault, and if I run 
pan use gtk+2.1 and when I put the mouse to the edit box, this error will be 
occure.

what's the matter?
