Row Drag and Drop in Treeview

Hi,

Has anyone implemented dragging a row from a GtkTreeView and dropping
it somewhere else?  Can you post a procedure, or some code, or point me
towards some source code that does this?

I'm at a total loss as to what to do to implement this in some sort of
'sanctioned' fashion.
