g_str_has_prefix() was introduced lately in the glib-2.1 tree. It is
not and has never been part of the glib-2.0 API. If you use glib from
CVS, make sure you check out the glib-2-0 branch otherwise you will
get the unstable HEAD branch (glib-2.1).
