I started with gtk+ quite a few years ago and I've not before had this problem
when freshening the installation from one version to another. This is on a
Red Hat 6.2 system that's quite current with packages (but still running the
2.2.19 kernel).
Anyway, I'm trying to go from gtk+-1.2.8 to 1.2.10 by rebuilding the
src.rpm. The attempt to build all from the spec file is generating a bunch
of errors related to autoconf (which I just upgraded to 1.6.1). As a result,
I have no idea what I need to do to fix the problem. I can capture the
output of the command if I could post it here, or I could send it to someone
directly.
Thanks,
Rich
