I was hoping you guys could help.
I need some code that will run a function about every 30 seconds while
still allowing the program to do its normal tasks.
Ex.
The program needs to check the time every 30 seconds and compare it with
a set of values while it still has the capability of adding new times.
The code can be in C or PHP.
