I'm looking for cygwin (not windows) binaries for gtk+.
I cannot seem to compile gtk+ under cygwin. I get stuck
when linking glib/gobject. It complains that the libraries kernel32,
user32 and wsock32 are static and it needs them to be shared.
(If you know how to get around this problem, I'd certainly like
to hear from you.)
Is this why cygwin doesn't come with these built in?
Thanks for your help. I've just joined this list so please redirect
me if this is the wrong place to ask this question.
