CList "changed" counterpart

Hello!

I have posted this already, but noone answered, so I thought of posting
it again! O:)

I have a CList widget with cells that are being updated automatically. I
would like to have a signal emited when a given cell is changed, e.g.
"changed" signal for spin buttons. Any ideas? I'm working with GTK1.2.
