To use the new Xft2 version XFree86 CVS, you need to use the
1.1.x branch of Pango; Pango-1.0.5 will ignore Xft2.
Most likely your pangoxft.pc file is a leftover from a previous
Pango install, which is why GTK+ says that it doesn't match
your Xft installation.
