Glib-config not found!

Hi!

I'm having problems when trying to compile programs, I get a message
telling me "glib-config not found". I'm running a fresh install of RH
7.2 with a full ximian- gnome including all devel rpms, and the versions
of gtk+ and glib are "1.2.10". I've scanned my whole HD but no
"glib-config" (or "pkg-config") file is present, I did find the
"gtk-config" file however, anyone got an idée?
