How make label and entry widgets size that I want???

I am trying to put a label first and an entry after like so....

    My Label Text Here      [entry box here]
============================================

As you know gtk_box_pack_start has those boolean
arguments regarding whether to "fill" or "expand".

I cannot seem to find right combo to make entry box
SMALLER and CENTER my LABEL.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
