getting a window's status

Hi ML,

I'm newbie on that list, just subscribbed because I didn't find in
the API and the tutorials how to: get a window "minimized or not" status.

Since this is managed by the windowmanager, do I have to
trap a signal from it, and/or does it exist a way to know a
window status towards minimization (iconization)?

Could someone point me on a sample code or anything that
could help me?
