How to use GTK+ with CygWin/Win32?

Hello everybody,
I'm novice to gtk+ so i can get no idea of how to install and use gtk+ on
CygWin/win32 platform to build my own applications.
If anybody can give me some usefull tips -- i'll be very gratefull.
