In "pure" gtk+ you will have to build those yourself (I think), using GtkDialog. There's an example of how to use this widget in the reference documentation <URL:http://developer.gnome.org/doc/API/gtk/gtkdialog.html> With GNOME you have a number of choses between pre-build dialogs.
