is there any hope of GTK+ adding an interface to discover
"pixmap_path" from within the program?
several of my programs have to name this path in their own (non-GTK)
rc files, because they need to be able to find sets of pixmaps (e.g.
"button[0-9]+.xpm"). at the moment, i don't believe you can find out
what pixmap_path was specified by the user in an RC file. should i
just file a bugzilla report, or is the idea of this verboten
(i.e. pixmap_path is definitively considered "private")?
