How to make a GtkWindow always stay in front of any other window

Guys, need some urgent help!
Is there some way that I can use to set a GtkWindow always stay in front
of any other windows??
For example, If I bring up this GtkWindow, when I start any other Gtk
Application, such as some Edit, Netscape..... , the window always stays
in front of any other windows?
