Hi,
I'm using GnomeFileEntry to select files but I need some more customized
functions - which I have not been able to find.
Is it possible to:
1. Set a default directory (which I know how to do) AND prevent the user
from selecting anything above the default directory. i.e. make the default
directory the highest level directory as far as the selection is concerned.
2. When getting the fileentry, instead of capturing the absolute path &
filename, capture the selected filename relative to the default directory,
e.g. if the default directory is
/home
and the selected file is
/home/user1/filename,
capture only
/user1/filename.
In other words, I'm trying to set it up such that every is relative to the
default directory.
3. Also, how can make the selection "file only - no directories". I know how
to do it "directory only" but can't seem to find the function to get it the
other way around.
Thanks in advance !!
gene.
