Announce GtkExText 1.0.0 (for Gtk 1.2 only)!

This widget is only for those who want to have syntax higlighting
in they'r applications. For example in a programing enviroment or 
htlm editor.

This widget is not any part of the the GTK+ dist. 
So please don't send bugreports to the GTK+ Team.
They're not responsable for gtkextext bugs :-)

* code cleanup in text_[insert/remove] memory leak fix 
* also fixed segfault when removing text.
* The widget is now rewritted to work as an sourceeditor

Added Chris Phelps <chicane reninet com> improvements lots of new goodies :-)
Here is some of his improvements and fixes:

* Possiblities to set a line pixmap and/or show linenumber
* Undo/redo bugfixes
* possiblities to set underline/strikeout on textstyles
* paint code is rewritten
* other bugfixes  


future plans:

* GtkExText is now dead project only bugs will be fixed
  this is because Gtk+ 2.0 will have a better textwidget 
  named GtkTextView(based on TkText)

  I have already started a new project (GtkSourceView) 
  using GtkTextView as base class for Gtk 2.0.
