Problem with widget & C++

Hi,

First  of all  excuse me  for  by bad  English, i'm  Italian and  my
knowledge of British language is very poor :(

I'm looking  for a newsgroup where  i can read developer  talk about
GTK, does it exist? I know that there is this good mailing list, but
i love use slrn :) :) :)

I'm  also writing  a small  widget that  can display  a jpg/png  and
update it while loading the image,  the problem is that i'm a newbie
to C and GTK+  and i thing that my widget is not  so good, it is for
this  reason that  i want  to  ask you  if someone  wrote a  similar
widget.

p.s. my  widget work  but  i don't  know  how to  add  a popup  menu
     with  the right  mouse button  to it  (i tryed  as usualy,  but
     it  seems  that  my  widget don't  callback  on  button  signal
     :(  )  If  someone  want  to  help me  i  upload  the  code  to
