I read about trheads in the API of GLIB (version 1.2) but i need more 
information. Where can i find the information?                        
                                                                      
I have Linux Mandrake 8.0 and the version of GTK is 1.2. I want to    
upgrade to 1.3 or 2.0 but i donīt know how to do it.
