By right-centered, you mean, aligned to the right?

It isn't possible in GTK+-1.2; in GTK+-1.3 it will be sort of
possible, but the feature is basically there for right-to-left
languages (such as Arabic and Hebrew) and it may act a little
strangely if you are trying to use it for left-to-right languages.
