allow drag only at specific area in the widget

For example I have a GtkPixmap within an EventBox,
how can I allow drag only within only some specific area in the pixmap?
e.g...The pixmp maybe a picture of a man...and I only allow drag on the
hand of man etc...and also there maybe different drag action for
head..foot..hand...is it possible?
