GLib compilation on NetBSD 1.4.1/Alpha

Hey all,
I'm trying to compile GLib on NetBSD/Alpha, but it's refusing to find a
thread package during the ./configure phase. I've tried explicitly enabling
threads w/ --enable-threads, but that doesn't seem to work. Can anyone give
me a hand getting GLib "threaded up" on a NetBSD 1.4.1/Alpha system? Thanks!
