ANNOUNCE Millenium release of GtkExText 0.0.13  :-)

This will hopefully be a better widget than the old GtkText widget 
This widget is not yet any part of the the GTK+ dist. 
So please don't send bugreports to the GTK+ Team.
They're not responsable for gtkextext bugs :-) 
You should send bugreports/patches to me <mikeh@bahnhof.se>

There is also a syntax higlight example showing how you can use the widget :-)

* changed licence to LGPL
* line wrap fixes
* undo is working again with possibilities to set max undo (default is set to 5)
* bugfixes in property code make it work faster
* scrolling works better (no flicker)
* fixed random segfault when inserting text at the end of text
* and lots of other bugfixes
