Subject: ANOUNCEMENT: GtkXtBin Widget for reusing Xt widgets in GTK applications

The GtkXtBin widget initializes a Xt environment, hooks in a Xt event loop, 
and creates a new Xt Widget parented from a GTK widget.  Basicly, this allows
using two toolkits from within one application.
