Announce GtkExText 0.0.21!

This widget is only for those who want to have syntax higlighting
in they'r applications. For example in a programing enviroment or 
htlm editor.

This widget is not any part of the the GTK+ dist. 
So please don't send bugreports to the GTK+ Team.
They're not responsable for gtkextext bugs :-)

future plans:
---------

* GtkExText is now dead project only bugs will be fixed
  this is because gtk+ 1.4 will have a better textwidget 
  based on TkText.

* Maybe merge GtkExText with Thomas Mailunds GtkEditor?
